11.07.02 Installing clutch drum
Models with Vario drive
• Pull Vario V-belt pulley 1 off clutch
drum 2.
Models with Vario drive
• Remove clutch bell 1 (using puller
ring B) together with Vario V-belt
pulley 2 and spacer sleeve 3 from
the engine shaft using puller A.
Models with three-speed drive
• Remove clutch bell 1 (using puller
ring B) from the engine shaft using
puller A.
- Fit V-belt onto engine V-belt pulley.
Models with Vario drive
• Fit clutch drum 1 together with Vario
V-belt pulley 2 and spacer sleeve 3
straight onto the engine shaft and
push on (if necessary, use a plastic
hammer).
Models with three-speed drive
• Fit clutch drum 1 straight onto the
engine shaft and push on (if
necessary, use a plastic hammer).
Models with Vario drive
• Fit Vario V-belt pulley 1 onto clutch
drum 2.
- Install blade mounting
(see section 11.01.04)
