The UNIDEX 511 utilizes several parameter settings for configuration based on the motor
and drive type being used. This section provides an introduction to motor and feedback
configuration. The motor and feedback configuration parameters are explained in detail
in the sections that follow.
The parameters that are used to configure motor and feedback functions of the U511
depend on the type of motor that is being used. A list of motor types (Stepper, AC
Brushless, and DC Servo), their related parameters, and default values are shown in
Table 4-39.
