If you have technical support questions, please have the following information available
before calling:
1. The current version of the software. The version is displayed after power-up or reset.
The GV remote command also returns the version number.
2. Your customer order number.
3. If possible, be located at the system and have it ready, in case additional checks,
diagnoses, or support is needed.

No User Serviceable Parts.
Mains power cord is the disconnect device when servicing.
Hazardous voltages may be present at the Mains inlet and motor connectors.
Voltages up to 24 Volts may be present at I/O and Brake connectors.
