11. Inspect the O-rings and filter in the filter
trap, and replace if necessary.
12. If replacing the PTV gang weldment, install
new O-rings in the module plumbing block.
13. Replace the gang weldment or front trap
assembly and reassemble in reverse order.
14. Check the system for leaks.
Replacing a gang fitting restrictor or O-ring
1. Turn off the oven and the inlet and allow
them to cool.
WARNING
Turn off the oven and the inlet and allow
them to cool. Turn off all flows at the initial
gas supply. Then turn off the main power
switch and unplug the power cord.
2. Remove the top cover, the inlet fan cover,
the inlet cover, and the pneumatics chassis
cover.
3. Remove the screw in the gang fitting. Gently
tap the fitting to remove the restrictor for
cleaning/replacement. Inspect the O-rings
and replace if necessary.
4. Reassemble in reverse order and check the
plumbing for leaks.
