Replacing the PTV with cooling
assembly
The PTV with cooling assembly, shown in
Figure 1-32., is generally the lowest level
replacement part.

1. Turn off the inlet and allow the inlet to cool.
2. Turn off the oven and the interface and allow
them to cool.
3. Turn off all flows at the initial gas supply.
4. Turn off the main power switch and unplug
the power cord.
5. Remove the top cover, the inlet fan cover,
the inlet cover, the left side panel, the top
rear panel, the pneumatics chassis cover.
6. Remove the column.
7. Loosen the three captive Torx screws which
secure the inlet to the oven, and lift the PTV
inlet out of the oven.
