Replacement procedures
Oven flap/motor
WARNING
High temperature. The oven may be very hot.
Before beginning, turn off the oven and allow
it to cool.
Shock hazard. Before continuing, turn off the
instrument and disconnect the power cord.
To remove the oven flap and motor
1. Turn off the instrument and remove the
power cord.
2. Remove the front cover. See “Front cover
(with keyboard and display)” on page 1-20.
3. Remove the back cover. See “Back cover” on
page 1-16.
4. Remove the electronics cover. See “Electron-
ics cover” on page 1-18.
5. Disconnect the mechanical front flap cable
on the front of the instrument from the flap.
a. Loosen the jam nut using 3/16-inch and
5/16-inch wrenches, then unscrew the
cable.
