To OpenTouch server thru https connection to retrieve configuration, request service and be notified from 
ICS and ACS server embedded in ICE 
 
To OpenTouch thru SIP protocol to manage call by connecting the SIPServer on port 5260 
 
To the end point thru RTP : the end point can be a remote rtp stack of a SIP device, the GVP_media for 
confefrence, a gateway for RTP//TDM transformation 
14.2  Configuration 
The OpenTouch server information is stored in the registry
