21.1  Software overview 
 
OXE call server 
Oxe is still needed in Opentouch 1.0 in order to have external access on Opentouch users. Only Oxe release 
10 can be linked with ICE through a SIP abcf trunk. Oxe can be embedded onto the same server in a virtual 
machine as the OpenTouch “business edition mode”  or can be installed on his own server “add-on mode”.

1.  Select Trunk Groups/Create

• Enter a Trunk group ID <SIP_TG_ID> to identify the trunk group. It must be unique on the OXE. 
• Enter a remote network id: <RN_ID>. The remote network ID must be different from the OXE network 
number. 
• Enter the OXE node number <Node_ID> 
• Set the Q931 Signal Variant parameter to “ABC-F” and the T2 specification parameter to “SIP” 
• Validate the trunk group creation.
