If you want to add the add-in back, first need to uncheck the MyIC Outlook Addin and then click back
AlcatelLucent Outlook2010 Extension.

15.3.4 Exception when assignation UM mail box to user
Symptom : when assigning UM mail box for exchange 2007 to user the 8770 generates an exception Remote
exception from OT MS: Read timed out
Diagnosis : the OpenTouch exchange account does not permit to access to user mail box
You can check the OpenTouch exchange access password by browsing
https://fqdnExchange/owa/<user@domaine.com>
Login as icsaccess
To get the icsaccess password : psql -U htuser CMS / select * from cmsmailserver ;
Solution : ALL email account in exchange 2007 must be monitored (send as / full access) by your ICSaccess
account
