2. Select Trunks Group/ Descend hierarchy/Trunk Group/ Review/Modify
Check that:
End to End dialing = no
DTMF End to End dialing = no
3. Select SIP/SIP Gateway/Review/Modify

• Set the SIP Gateway sub network to the value entered for the trunk group <RN_ID>
• Associated the SIP Gateway with the created trunk group: <SIP_TG_ID>
• Enter the DNS local domain name.
• Enter the DNS Server IP address (needed for survivability)
4. Select SIP/SIP External Gateway/Create

• Enter a unique ID for the SIP external gateway: <EXT_GW_ID>
• Enter a gateway name: “TO ESS”
• Enter the ICE FQDN for the remote SIP domain.
• Enter the ICE sip server port (ESS SipServer port) : MUST be 5260.
• Associate the created trunk group <SIP_TG_ID> to the external SIP gateway.
• Set Ignore inactive/black hole to True
