Symptom : MTW does not provide the right call number
Solution : check the DAS Rule
13.6.18 Application sharing does not start
Symptom : when stating application sharing the pop up appears : error call_max (*data1*),(*data2*)
Solution : check the users/licenses parameters about max appshare legs and max audio ports set it to 12
13.6.19 Windows presentation sharing
That is not supported in OpenTouch 1.0
Now supported with DCS R1.3
13.6.20 MTW no telephone number in email invitation
Symptom : the email invitation to the conference does not contains the telephone number to join
Solution : add i it in ACS configuration Provisioning-> Organizations -> Phones
13.6.21 MTW add contact window does not appear
Symptom : MTW add contact window does not appear
