9-26EE48F7 is the dongle Id read by the license server (this is the identifier of the dongle which is currently
plugged into the USB port of the server)
9-07a519bb is the dongle Id expected by the license server (this is the dongle Id specified in the .k2 license
file)
You have to plug the dongle with the correct Id into an USB port of the server and to restart the license
server.

If they are using bonding, then it will be listed as either bond0 or br0
To see the MAC being used. ifconfig br0
If no bonding, then use: ifconfig eth0
To see the license file: more $LICENSES_HOME/alcotuc.lic
And verify that the first line has the same MAC address:SERVER otstage D4856477DDCE 27000
If not, then they need a new OT license, or they need to get the proper port as the primary again.
Solution : check that the OS langugae is in en-US, ie you get that ifconfig command result :
