Diagnosis : the remove of the previous user having the same number is incomplete
Solution : Check and remove the number in Oxe configuration, OT configuration, in 8770 directories.
If that persists relaunch a synchro of the 8770

Diagnosis : system create the user in two stage using the entity 1, here the user profile use entity 10
Solution : create entity 1
12.7.35 No way to install 8770 on Windows 7
Symptom : No way to install 8770 on Windows 7
Solution : review release note, stop firewall and antivirus and use a local administrator account before to start
the installation
12.7.36 OTBE >= 1.1.000.060 attempt update 8770 from host fails
8770 firewall is active and must allow request from host
Either stop definitively the firewall
Or add a rule any to any protocol if request comes from OTBE host
12.7.37 User module fails to open after Silent Update (used by OT >= 1.1 to update 8770
from host)
During update client files are updated
If an 8770 client runs on a windows session (local to 8770 server or via remote desktop on the 8770 server)
Client file cannot be replaced
Impact : User module cannot be launched
Solution : install an 8770 client on a remote PC
And copy the file nms8770-infra.jar of the remote PC to the 8770 server D:\8770\Client\bin\nms8770-infra.jar
