No tenant name with alcatel-lucent.com = no alias domain
Solution : we must created two alias one for the general tenant
Configmanager too
Resources -> properties -> annex -> ess-attributes
Add the new tenant with new alias name = ess-sip-domain-alias
13.6.9 No way to call from MTW
Symptom : MyIC Desktop / MTW buddy list / select a contact / call
13.6.10 No way to call from MTW
Symptom : when calling a MTW contact no call are initiated
Diagnosis : the phone formating rule does not support 8 digits : /^\s*\+*[xX]?(\d{3,6})\s*$
Solution : change the phone formating rule with : /^\s*\+*[xX]?(\d{3,8})\s*$ and the DAS rule 1 :
/^\s*\+*[xX]?(\d{3,8})\s*$/
13.6.11 One way call from MTW
Symptom : OTBE System, currently running with 1.2.000.054
If we dial through the MyTeamwork-Client, the connection is established, but the external called person
cannot be heard in the IP-Phone (4028 sets). We only have Standard Users in the OTBE. With internal it
works. All the sets are in the default domain 0.
Diagnosis : On the re_invite message we can see, that the call has DIRECTION : SEND ONLY
But the workaround consist to disable SDP 180.This flag was still in false status on the external SIP GW.
In fact the call didn't take the external SIP GW because the SIP Remote domain has the value with the
host.fqdn and not the IP@. and the call receive the IP@in the “from” field.
Solution : modification in the teamwork (sip proxy) to add a hostname in the realm instead the IP@,
13.6.12 In SIPServer logs we find key words according to Invite from ACS

Solution : check the codec of the ACS configuration/VoIP setting / list of codec include G729

Symptom : MyIC Desktop / MTW conference / select a participant or add a number to call / call
Diagnosis : in SIP server logs locate the Invite from ACS, the from is a mail address
