Diagnosis : the curl of the phone logs /log/defence.log show a curl60, check the CA CTL on the set
Certificate pemshow CTL and comare with the CTL of the OpenTouch $CERTIFICATES_HOME/server.ctl
and / Touch $CMS_HOME/DeviceDeployment/ctl_VHE8082
Solution : check the chain of autority in ctl_VHE8082
22.3.12 MyIC Phone does not get the configmac.xml after signing
Symptom : MyIC Phone does not get the configmac.xml after
Diagnosis : the certificate is not deployed
Solution : reapply the procedure of signing CTL
22.3.13 MyIC Phone does not get the DN@FQDN.xml after signing
Symptom : MyIC Phone does not get the DN@FQDN.xml after signing
Diagnosis : DNS is not set in the configmac.xml
Solution : thru 8770 add a DNS and assign it to the device
22.3.14 MyIC Phone does not start certificate expired
Symptom : the set does not start
Diagnosis : the cerificate is exipred, see wireshark traces
Solution : Generate a new autosigned certificate or get a new up to date certificate
22.3.15 Certificate selfsigned expired : no way to use a already mac Address of created set
Symptom : need to create a CTL due to selfsigned certificate outdated, no way to use a mac address of a
already created set
Solution : delete the set concerned
