If it use path to JDK 1.6, replace it to the path to jre7
JDK16~10_1\jre to replace by jre7
Before replacement take care the path exist by using windows explorer

12.7.43 Performance error “Grapher Programm” and “Unauthorized user: User
adminnmc: Invalid login”
Symptom : the Performance application, no graphs are displayed. Moreover, when I go to Admin > Network >
Devices > Inventory, get this error message: Unauthorized user: User adminnmc: Invalid login
Solution : Check the installation of the flash player on the 8770 server
Check the configuration of IE : In Tools -> Internet Options :
Security tab -> Local Intranet -> add the IP address (not the FQDN) of the 8770 server,
Security tab -> Local Intranet -> click Custom level… button -> Select Enable for Scripting of java applets,
General tab -> Browsing history > Settings button -> select Every time I visit the webpage
12.7.44 Performance “Internal Server Error”
Symptom : when accessing to Performance the system send back “Internal Server Error”
Diagnosis : vital suite upgrade failure
Solution : activate Tech Support to get a solution
12.7.45 Performance no data received
Symptom : in 8770 performance / network / operation : no data
Diagnosis : no retrieve of the data due to the SNMP account
Solution : check the SNMP configuration in OT configuration/security/SNMP Agent/SNMP Agent, you can
reapply the value
