Solution : check that the directory used to get the caller id is active

Symptom ; no way for a oxe user to call the voice mail local storage
Solution : change the parameter "domain max voice connection" from 0 to -1 (default value) in IP Domain
menu on the OXE side.
16.3.8 How to remove a TTS language
To find the TTS languages installed, use the following command :”rpm -qa | grep rs-“
You will find a result like : rs-Italian-it-IT-Silvia-4.0-12
To remove the language package use the following command: rpm -e <package name> like :
“rpm -e rs-Italian-it-IT-Silvia”

Symptom : Voice mail call back sender generates SIP error 488
Diagnosis : the public acces category of the SIP trunk prohibit it
Solution : Oxe Mgt : public acces category => authorize the area 1 (night/day ...)

You can remove the OpenTouch capability from the user, apply, then set it up.
Nota : the voice mail message are lost during this change
