12.7.52 8770 PKI administrator page can not be displayed
Symptom : PKI administrator page cannot be displayed
Diagnosis : a Open Touch rehosting has been performed
Solution : Replace the line https://BICS.company.com:8444/ejbca/adminweb/index.jsp by
https://OT_FQDN:8444/ejbca/adminweb/index.jsp in the httpd.conf fileof <Install Path>/data/Apache2
12.7.53 De associated SIP device not seen in Unallocated device
Symptom : After Dissociated SIP device not seen in Unallocated device
Solution : restart a Global synchronisation on Open Touch : 8770/Configuration select Open Touch then
launch synchronisation
12.7.54 Oxe User seen two time in UUM
Symptom : customer complains that the user is in UM twice
One with Oxe capacity, the other one with OT capacity
Diagnosis : Customer use a Ldap synchroniser to create the user in 8770 the user name are differenet :
Agnès and Agnes
Solution : In Oxe use the same name and surname for the user. Force a 8770 synchro
