If the telephonic presence information are grey or isn’t working (alway green)
this is a Myteamwork issue.
Traces asked on server:
Ths, tns, ssgw, buddylog (cf MyTeamwork trouble shooting guide)
If presence information not Ok (grey or always green)
Reset the set.
Launch MyIC PC
If this is not possible launch webclient on each user
If it is not possible restart the process THS (on server ACS)
