Solution : Check ACS proxy Outbound proxy and realm are FQDN, server address is an IP address
13.6.14 No way to call from MTW conference
Symptom : MyIC Desktop / MTW conference / select a participant or add a number to call / call
Diagnosis : In SIPServer logs we find key words according to Invite from ACS

In TNS logs : 711 Critical: No boxes known to proxy incoming INVITE
Solution : User configuration/ license / Max audio leg => 12
13.6.15 No way for an Oxe user to enter in conference
Symptom : when an oxe user call a conference, he can not enter in it
Solution : uncheck the option “Confirm Callbacks with a keypress”
13.6.16 How to delete a user conference
Symptom : Need to delete a ACS conference
Solution : Use the VCS command vcs_conf_delete to remove the conference, the user password need to be
known
Exp : Delete the scheduled conference with Leader code 0463669 owned by the user test8@alu.com.
