Solution: Proceed with a sipmotor process restart (kill -9 on sipmotor PID - killall sipmotor no longer working) 
on OXE after changing the "SIP Min Expiration Date : 600" parameter as described in installation guide 
This sipmotor restart info must be added in installation guide.

Symptom : no notification of voice message deposit for oxe user 
Solution : check that in the OT configuration the FQDN of oxe is the node name and check with netadmin the 
internal name resolver 
16.3.3 No access to local storage for oxe user 
 
Symptom : The OXE device cannot to access to the local storage. 
Solution : Check : mgr / applications / External Voice Mail / External Gateway Number 
 
16.3.4 Get after greeting Record your message after the beep and press # 
 
Symptom : need to remove that prompt to get the recording after the greeting 
Diagnosis : normal behaviour due to the profile used 
Solution : To unactive this prompt you have to 
Go on 8770 ice configuration 
In /system services/applications/messaging/cmsVmp/ 
select the profile you want to change (profile selected for the voicemail box) 
tab configuration 1 
unselect the parameter "record invite" you will not get the prompt "record your message after the beep and 
press #..."

16.3.6 No display of the caller for a message 
 
Symptom : ICE VM LS : no display of the caller when consulting the VM message 
Diagnosis :  
How does it work : when a message is recorded, the name of the message contains the caller This name is 
used when we display the user information in MyIC Phone or Desktop
