12.7.31 When creating an OpenTouch user via the UUM, the "Oxe Profile Name" list box is
empty
Symptom: When creating an OpenTouch user via the UUM, the "Oxe Profile Name" list box is empty
although a Sip Device profile type is properly created.
Cause: The OXE link of the matching site is empty.
Solution: Select the OXE link with the related OXE site.
