13.6.22 Call from MTW does not use the PC 
Symptom : with MTW a call from buddy list : the MTW phone selected is not the good one 
Diagnosis : the MTW SIP client is not reistered, the camera icone in MTW got a red point 
 
Solution : check if there is not an other SIP phone on the PC using the 5060 port 
Check if the OT attribute / SIP password has been set in the UUM user configuration 
13.6.23 MyIC Phone cannot use DTMF in ACS conference 
 
Symptom : when MyIC Phone want to press 1 to enter in ACS conference no effect 
Dianosis : the payload used by the set is incorrect 
Solution : change the payload list of the set by 96,97,101

13.7  How to check if ACS installation status and solution if incomplete. 
 
It is essential to check if ACS installation is complete. 
ACS incomplete installation can occur random issues. 
 
Two ways : 
 
Regarding the log file of the installation. 
Using ACS browser. 
 
If after check it seems that ACS installation is not complete : SOLUTION : upgrade ACS server with the same 
version.
