24.1 AA Automatic Attendant
24.1.1 Which type of user have I to select in AA creation
Select always the Oxe user and create the AA for Oxe user
24.1.2 File format for wav file in AA
*.wav files must be CCITT A-Law; 8,000 kHz; 8 bits; Mono
24.1.3 No access to the AA xml file from 8770
Symptom : no way to upload the xml file to change the TTS phrases to wav file
Diagnosis : the IE of the 8770 VM does not support that feature
Solution : launch the wbm from a Mozilla : http://<OT_FQDN>/WebAdmin
24.1.4 AA No more access to AA SIP 500 / 503
Symptom : when accessing to AA or VM the GVP_mediacontrol system send back a 500
Diagnosis : in logs the licenses for tts and GVP port were at 0
in flexlm logs

Symptom : no more possible to modify a Automcatic Attendant applicaiton tree: a java eror occurs:
