10.10.2 No SIP trunk created or no free channel
Symptom : after OTBE installation and when creating the SIP trunk the system retrun no free channel
Diagnosis : the paramao3 of the oxe/usr”/mao/hardware.mao is not enough provisionned
Solution : update it with oxe/usr3/mao/cfgUpdate command parameter 5 number of trunk and then an Oxe
shutdown has to be performed to be taken into account
You can check the value of the OPS 188 with the spadmin command to check the number of SIP access are
possible on Oxe

Launch : $FLEXLM_HOME/lmutil lmhostid -flexid

If the command doesn’t work check the service : service aksusbd status
10.10.4 Can’t read dongle : no dongle

You have to plug the dongle into an USB port of the server and to restart the license server (service flexlmd
restart).
