14.6.20 Disable the pop up conversation windows on call 
 
Symptom : for each call a conversation pop up windows appears and must be acknowledged 
Solution : configuration issue fixed by : 
 On 8770, go to Users then select the user. 
 Go to Configuration OT MS tab. 
 Select My Teamwork tab 
 Unselect the case “Create conversation windows for two parties” 
Restart MyIC Desktop 
14.6.21 MyIC presence OFFLINE and my status is grey 
 
Symptom : MyIc Desktop stay "off line" and "my status " is grey, focus is lost on comput, the video activex 
request to be installed 
Diagnosis : the password has been changed and MyTW can not connect the server 
Solution : restart MyIC desktop 
14.6.22 MyIC Desktop load CPU 
Symptom : CPU is overloaded by MyIC Desktop 
Diagnosis : old configuration disturb the behaviour of MyIC Desktop 
Solution : erase the file : %appdta%\Alcatel\MPC\UserCache.xml 
14.6.23 MyIC presence NOT PRESENT 
 
Symptom : MyIc Desktop stay "not present" 
Diagnosis : the email address between ICM and ACS is incorrect 
Check chameleon logs : No user found with following contactId 
Solution : delete and recreate the user with the correct email address
