14.6.33 Call box MyIC not working 
 
MyIC PC is started and the call box displayed as usual in task bar of windows. 
I enter a name in the call box of MyIC and type enter => nothing happens 
 
There is a phantom search box of MYIC (at least in ics) 
Close your MYIC make sure iCommunicator process is closed also 
If the search bar is there , it is the fictive one 
Remove it from the displayed tool bar by right clic in the icon bar management area 
When starting myic again, it should work 
Try also from myic desktop options to hide show the search bar 
 
   
 
14.6.34 OTS does not start 
Symptom : the OTS does not start 
Diagnosis : OTS main port is not declared (bug in 1.2 deployment) 
Solution : 8770/Opentouch configuration/System services / Topology / OXE Callservers / OXE Sub Network / 
Physical Server / Call Server /additional set : OTS main port to 3595
