Symptom : creation of a new administrator to manage OpenTouch. No way to connect the opentouch
Solution:
The administrator has to be created at 8770 and OT sides
12.7.16 No way to synchronize new Oxe
Symptom : Creation of new oxe no way to synchronize Oxe, error while synchonizing MIB ,error setup error
Solution : check the adfexc password, check the network subnetwork of Oxe in 8770, check that Main FQDN
of oxe is matching with Main IP address
12.7.17 No way to manage Oxe
Symptom : Oxe management access from 8770 is prohibited
Solution : check the OT configuration

Solution check cms logs for more information
12.7.19 Error message « error-bad-parameter-value »
Symptom : system returns
Diagnosis : check OT /logs/cms/traces.log
12.7.20 Error message “The amount of links between users and devices is greater than 0”
Symptom : Error in 8770 Users Management : The amount of links between users and devices is greater
than 0
Diagnosis : Message : “BAD LICENSE FILE - Can't find ICE_USER_DEVICE_ASSOCIATION license.
Please update your license file.“ in cms log
ICE_USER_DEVICE_ASSOCIATION missing in OT 1.1 license. Actis 16.5.1 issue.
Solution : New license provided to BP
