15.3.5 No MyIC start button in outlook
Symptom : No MyIC start button in outlook
Solution : check that the standart outlook tool bar is visible, check that MyIC Desktop is started
15.3.6 No way to create UM mail box
Symptom : no way to create UM mail bax
Diagnosis : the issue was due to the date on exchange server (one day ahead compare to OT server)
Solution : check the date and time of both extremity when using certificate.
15.3.7 Crash of outlook when clic on start MyIC button
Symptom : Crash of outlook when clic on start MyIC button
Solution : check if the account used is created, check if you got email, check if you got contact
15.3.8 Lotus MyIC widget stay grey
Symptom : when launching the Lotus the MyIC widget stay grey
Diagnosis : no communication with the MyICService.exe service
Solution : Check that the lotus extension is install in C:\Program Files\Alcatel-Lucent\My Instant
Communicator\extension, if not launch the lotus client with an lotus administrator account (that is not install if
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Lotus\Notes\8.0\Path is absent when deploying)
check that the service is up and running, if not reinstall the windows .NET 3.1 package and check that the
connection is possible with the URL http://localhost:8089/MyIC/get/page
