Diagnosis : The set in not in the good stage for the operation 
Solution : In set step 2 start login as admin to be abble to process the signature

Diagnosis : the certificate is out of date according to MyIC phone date and time 
To access to SSH : in stage 2 of set start enter in the admin and login 
Wait for a while (CTL down load and so on) 
Connect in SSH 
use the command 
date -s MMDDhhmmYYYY 
reset 
Solution : the sntp server described in the 8770 phone parameter must be the IP address not the FQDN tehn 
reapply the certificate signature procedure

Diagnosis : The directory /usr/muxer/ca_cert does not contains the certificates located under 
$CERTIFICATES_HOME 
Solution : Copy server.ctl of $CERTIFICATES_HOME to /usr/muxer/ca_cert, stop start OpenTouch

Symptom : MyIC Phone reboot permanently after certificate modification 
Diagnosis : The directory /usr/muxer/ca_cert does not contains the certificates located under 
$CERTIFICATES_HOME 
Solution : Copy server.ctl of $CERTIFICATES_HOME to /usr/muxer/ca_cert, stop start OpenTouch

Diagnosis : the optional file is not located in the correct directory  or the name managed in 8770 is not correct 
(optonal for instance) 
Solution : Locate the file in the correct directory accessible from phone.Put the right name managed in 8770. 
22.3.9 MyIC Phone reboot permanently after ugrade 
Symptom : MyIC Phone reboot permanently after upgrade 
Diagnosis : There are additionnal packages (customization) that have not the correct format. Upgrade the set 
without the package to confirm 
Solution : Use the 8770 package deployment tool to deploy custom package 
22.3.10 MyIC Phone reboot permanently after signing with customer certificate 
Symptom : MyIC Phone reboot permanently after signing with customer certificate. The customer SSL 
wildcard certificat has been installed on OT server but MyIC Phone permanently reboot 
Diagnosis : 'Global Sign authority' uploaded in Server Trusted Store in WebAdmin does not match 'Global 
Sign autority' providing customer certificat. (quite same display but different id) 
Solution : The WBA should check the certificate chain coherence and upload the correct CTL with the correct 
authority root and intermediate

Symptom : MyIC Phone does not get the configmac.xml after THAT SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN
