15.3.2 No Outlook Extensions start button in Outlook 2007
Symptom : No Outlook Extensions start button in Outlook 2007
Diagnosis : Outlook extensions disabled in Outlook 2007.
Solution : Set to 3 the registry parameter LoadBehaviour in
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\AlcatelLucentOutlook2007Extension.
Restart Outlook.
15.3.3 OpenTouch extension outlook
On outlook 2010, it may be possible to activate or deactivate the add-in via option without necessarily invoke
windows registry.
From outlook 2010, Go to File -> Option -> Add-Ins, then click the Go toggle for managing: Com Add-in , and
then uncheck AlcatelLucent Outlook2010 Extension.
