4. Manually input your preferred values in each parameter. Press ’Enter’ to confirm each
input. With Batch Result, select On or Off.
5. When all parameters have been set according to your preference, highlight OK and press
‘Enter’ or simply press the ‘OK’ button on the keypad. Group and Batch Setup is now
complete and saved and the pop-up dialog box disappears.
If you need to exit the Group and Batch setup prematurely before setting your preferences,
you can do so by highlighting Cancel and then pressing ‘Enter’ or by simply pressing the menu
block showing Cancel. None of the preferences for the above parameters will take effect.
Setting Torque (setup)
1. Re-open the Prog. menu block, select 4. Statistical setup.
2. Open 2. Torque and a pop-up dialog box with ten parameters appears:
1. Torque min. This is where you define the minimum torque limit for each measurement.
2. Torque max. This is where you define the maximum torque limit for each measurement.
3. Torque LCLx This is where you define the lower control limit for each subgroup x-bar
value. See the Statistics chapter for more information.
4. Torque UCLx This is where you define the upper control limit for each subgroup x-bar
value. See the Statistics chapter for more information.
5. Torque LCLr This is where you define the lower control limit for each subgroup range
values. See the Statistics chapter for more information.
6. Torque UCLr This is where you define the upper control limit for each subgroup range
value. See the Statistics chapter for more information.
7. Torque CP > This is where you define the minimum allowed CP value. Values below
this minimum value will initiate statistical alarms. See the Statistics chapter
for more information.
8. Torque CPK > This is where you define the minimum allowed CPK value. Values below
this minimum value will initiate statistical alarms. See the Statistics chapter
for more information.
