8.8.6 Parameter 1
This parameter is shown in the top left of the ACTA 3000 custom measurement display.
When this parameter is opened a pop-up dialog box appears for you to select one of the
following options:
1. Torque (Torque) will display the torque value
2. Angle (Angle) will display the angle value
3. No. of pulses (No. of Pulses) will display the number of pulses
4. C. torque Will display the controller torque value.
5. C. angle Will display the controller angle value.
Statistical Parameter 1
This parameter is displayed in the top right of the ACTA 3000 custom
measurement display. This parameter displays real-time statistical calculations on
your selection in Parameter 1.
When this parameter is opened a pop-up dialog box appears and one of the
following options can be selected:
1. X, σ Mean and sigma for parameter 1.
2. R, None Range for parameter 1.
3. X-3σ, X+3σ, Negative and positive confidence interval for parameter 1.
4. Min., Max. Min. and max. values for parameter 1.
5. Var., Diff. % Variance and difference in percent between parameter 1 and the controller
value for parameter 1. “Diff. %” is only valid and displayed when parameter 1
is torque, angle, controller torque or controller angle.
6. CP, CPK CP and CPK for parameter 1.
7. X last, R last Last group X-bar and last group range for parameter 1. Displayed only when
there is at least one full group.
8. CAM, None CAM for parameter 1. Displayed only when there are at least 6 full groups.
9. Contr., Diff. Controller value and difference between parameter 1 and the controller value
for parameter 1. “Contr.” and “Diff.” is only valid and displayed when
parameter 1 is torque, angle, controller torque or controller angle.
0. None, None No statistical parameters are selected.
