Introduction
This guide provides the required information to configure ExtremeWare

XOS™
software version 11.3
running on switches from Extreme Networks

The guide is intended for use by network administrators who are responsible for installing and setting
up network equipment. It assumes a basic working knowledge of:
● Local area networks (LANs)
● Ethernet concepts
● Ethernet switching and bridging concepts
● Routing concepts
● Internet Protocol (IP) concepts
