Resolving the No Mag Installed Error
All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in
the Printer.
Step Procedure
1 Review the following information.
• Symptom: There is not a Magnetic Encoder installed.
• Printer Error State: A print job with Magnetic encoding was sent with no
Magnetic encoder installed in the Printer.
• Driver Monitor Error Display: No Mag Installed
