Resolving a Card Jam Error
All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in
the Printer.
Step Procedure
1 Review the following information.
• Symptom: Card is jammed.
• Printer Error State: Card TOF Sensor is detecting no card motion
• Driver Monitor Error Display: Card Jam
