RESUMING LOCAL OPERATION
When the GPIB
or
RS-232-C interface has remote control
of
the Model 395, your front
panel operator controls will function only to query, and not set, parameter values (even
then, only
when
there is
no
bus
activity).
When
you
discontinue
remote
interface
operations, you will not have local control returned to you unless the remote application
has specifically sent a Go
To
Local (lEEE-488.1 ASCII GTL) code.
If
you find that yon
do
not
have
local
control
after
a
remote
programming
session,
you
will
have
to
manually return to local control. To
do
fuis,
press the "Remote" key and select "go-local."
This could also
be
accomplished by cycling power
to
the Model 395.
