9 Slightly push the booklet staple cartridge
upward, and make sure that it clicks into place.
Note • Return the booklet staple cartridge until ( )
of the booklet staple cartridge is fitted in ( )
of the booklet unit.
10 Return the booklet unit to its original position.
11 Close the finisher front door.
Note • If the front door is not closed completely, a message appears and the machine will remain paused.
When the Finisher D4 with Booklet is installed

Make sure that the machine has stopped, and
open the finisher right door.
2 While pushing the handle [R2 R3] to the right
(1), pull the unit out of the machine (2).
3 With holding the tabs on the right and left side
of the cartridge from the side, lift the cartridge
slightly out of the unit. Then, unlock the
cartridge.
