Paper Jams at the Tri-fold Output Tray [2d] and the Handle [2g]
1 Make sure that the machine has stopped
before opening the right cover of the finisher,
and open the finisher right door.
2 Pull out the tri-fold output tray [2d] (1), open
the handle [2g] (2), and remove the jammed
paper.
Note • If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper inside the machine.
• If you cannot see jammed paper, check
handle [2f] as well.
3 Return the handle [2g] to its original position
(1) and push back the tri-fold output tray [2d]
(2).
4 Close the finisher right door.
Note • A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the finisher right door is even
slightly open.

1 Make sure that the machine has stopped, and
open the finisher right door.
