2 Open handle [2a] upward (1) and turn knob
[1c] clockwise (2). Remove jammed paper.
3 Return handle [2a] to its original position.
Note • If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper inside the machine.
• If you cannot see jammed paper, check lever
[1d] as well.
4 Close the left cover of the Finisher.
Note • A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the finisher right door is even
slightly open.
Paper Jams at the Handle [2b]

Make sure that the machine has stopped, and
open the finisher right door.
2 Move the handle [2b]. Remove the jammed
paper.
Note • If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper inside the machine.
• If you cannot see jammed paper, check
handle [2a] and [1b] as well.
3 Return the handle [2b] to its original position.
