Stapler Faults

909

Problem Solving

1 Make sure that the machine has stopped, and

open the finisher right door.

2 Press the levers R2 and R3 to the right (1), and

pull out the unit (2).

3 Hold the tabs of the staple cartridge, and then

lift to remove it.

4 Pull out the cartridge.

5 Remove the jammed staples as shown in the

figure.

CAUTION

Be careful in removing jammed staples.
