It verifies BF Coef RAM on RFS board by random reading/writing test data , and displays the test result
as PASSED/FAILED.
7-9-6-2-7 Scan Seq RAM Test
It verifies Scan Seq RAM on RFS board by random reading/writing test data, and displays the test result
as PASSED/FAILED.
7-9-6-2-8 Mid Coeff RAM Test
It verifies Mid Coeff RAM on RFS board by random reading/writing test data, and displays the test result
as PASSED/FAILED.
7-9-6-2-9 DeInterleave RAM Test
It verifies DeInterleave RAM on RFS board by random reading/writing test data, and displays the test
result as PASSED/FAILED.

It verifies Line Memory block on RFS board via DMA transfer, and displays the test result as PASSED/
FAILED.

It verifies DCM Surveillance(33.3M, 200M, 200M MLA4), and Main System
Clocks(200M,50M,66.6M,200M MLA4) on RFS board, and displays the current clock information and
the test result as PASSED/FAILED.
7-9-6-2-12 Serial DAC Interface Test
It verifies DAC operation with corresponding ADC chip on RFS board by outputting desired voltage from
DAC, and reading it back from ADC, and displays the test result as PASSED/FAILED.
7-9-6-2-13 IIC(Local) Interface Test
It verifies I2C path named I2C_Local by using EERPOM on RFS board, and displays the test result as
PASSED/FAILED.
7-9-6-2-14 VPD(RFS) Test
It verifies VPD Information embedded in EEPROM on RFS board, and displays the part of VPD
information and the test result as PASSED/FAILED.
7-9-6-2-15 HW ID Test
It verifies HW ID configuration on RFS board, and displays the current HW ID and the test result as
PASSED/FAILED.
7-9-6-2-16 Temperature Read Test
It verifies Temperature warning level of system, and displays the current temperature value and the test
result as PASSED/FAILED.
7-9-6-2-17 Vsync missing Test
It verifies Vsync which is used for DMA transferring between FPGA and SYSTEM. It displays the current
Vsync operation and the test result as PASSED/FAILED.
