Replacement of the HDD
8-30-1 Manpower
One person, 30 minutes
8-30-2 Tools
Philips screwdriver, Allen Wrench
8-30-3 Preparations
1.) Power Off/Shutdown the system as described in 4-3-2 on page 4-4.
2.) Remove the rear cover as described in Section 8-25 on page 8-55, except for pulling out the NEST.
3.) Remove the RFS board as described in 8-28-3 on page 8-61.
8-30-4 Removal Procedure
1.) Unscrew 8 screws and pull the HDD out of the RFS..
2.) Remove the bracket from the hard disk.
