What to do if my GRAPHTEC Plotter displays “LOAD MEDIA!” even after setting media?

  If the Graphtec Plotter displays "LOAD MEDIA!" even when the media is set and the media set lever is moved up, it could be due to a few reasons. If the media is close to transparent, the media sensor might be making false recognitions; in this case, disable the media sensor and manually set the cut area. Strong scattered reflection might also cause the media sensor to malfunction, so try repositioning the light source to avoid direct sunlight. If neither of these solutions works, there may be a defect in the operation of the media set lever sensor, and you should contact your sales representative or the Graphtec call center.
