extended subrack translates PVCs to
C-VLANs (PVC <-> C-VLAN) and
adds S-VLANs to packets. Ensure that

PTM upstream transmission:
Untagged upstream packets of HGWs:
The extended subrack maps C-VLANs
based on user ports and adds S-VLANs
to packets. User-VLAN-tagged
upstream packets of HGWs: The
extended subrack translates user
VLANs to C-VLANs (user VLAN <->
C-VLAN) and adds S-VLANs to
packets. Ensure that the C-VLANs of
users using the same S-VLAN do not
repeat each other.
