WARNING The connector cap must be connected to the unused input connectors.
If the Circuit Common terminal is not connected to the frame ground terminal (for
floating measurement), a potential shock hazard may present. Do not touch any of
measurement circuit at any time while a floating measurement is in progress.
CAUTION For floating measurement, do not apply voltage more than ± 42 V to the Circuit Common
terminal. Failure to heed this caution may result in damage to the N1258A.

Use 16493K cable if the High output terminals are connected to
the prober chuck.
