Adapter
• This adapter is used to protect a B1514A
MCSMU module used for a Gate driver
from device breakdown when making
ultra high voltage measurement with the
N1268A UHV Expander
• The B1514A MCSMU module has to be
connected to a passthrough port of the
N1265A UHC Expander/Fixture, not a
module selector port.
N1265A-041 Thermocouple, Type K, 2ea • Include two Type-K thermocouples
N1265A-045 Container for Protection Adapter and Bias Tee • An N1260A High Voltage Bias-tee and
N1261A Protection Adapters can be
placed in this container to avoid messy
cabling.
