N1271A-005 Thermostream Compatible Enclosure for
N1265A (3 kV IV, CV and 10 kV)
• Interface between the N1265A and the
inTEST Thermostream. The enclosure
supports CV measurements up to 3 kV
and IV measurements up to 10 kV at
temperature range from -50 C to +220
C.
• Contains the N1254A-557 connection kit.
