Cleaning Fresh Air Filter
1. There are 2 air conditioners installed inside the air condi-
tioner box at the rear of the cab.
2. Open cover (4) of the air conditioner box. Pull out and
remove fresh air filter (5) from inside.
3. Clean filter (5) with compressed air. If there is any oil stuck
to the filter, or it is extremely dirty, wash the filter in a neu-
tral detergent. After washing, dry it thoroughly before using
it again. If it is impossible to remove the clogging from the
filter with compressed air or by washing, replace the filter
with a new part.
If the filter becomes clogged, the air flow will be reduced, and there will be an abnormal noise from the air condi-
tioner unit.
CLEAN AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSER
Loosen six securing bolts (7) and open side cover (6) in the cab
base room. Blow pressurized air to capacitor (8) from within to
clean.
