q If any abnormal sound is heard from lubricating points of the work equipment, carry out greasing,
regardless of the inspection or maintenance interval.
q If the control lever is touched by mistake, the work equipment or machine may suddenly move and
cause serious personal injury. Before standing up from the operator's seat, always set the lock lever
securely to the LOCK position.
Greasing of the work equipment is normally carried out automatically, but if any abnormal noise is heard from the
pins, carry out greasing manually through the grease fittings for each injector.
At the same time, ask your Komatsu distributor to check the automatic greasing system.

LUBRICATTING
1. Using the greasing gun, pump in grease through grease fittings (F) of injectors (J) installed to points (A) - (D)
in the diagram below. (26 places)
2. After greasing, wipe off any old grease that was pushed out.
